I had an amazing experience shopping the fall drop today! I found so many amazing pieces for such great prices! The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the store was also very organized and clean 10/10 recommend shopping here!

Great finds! Marvelous and inspiring displays, clean and well-organized store, friendly staff. I have been disappointed, at times, that some of my resale items were not accepted but know that staff members are looking for seasonal items and specific styles and brands and have limited space.

Very fair with offer when buying items from me earlier. Very fast, had offer in 1 hour! Both ladies were super kind, cheerful and professional. Clean store. I urge ladies to check this store out! Very pleased!

First time here and was a great experience. The fitting room attendant was very helpful and friendly. The cashier was also very nice friendly and made good conversation. She helped me pick out a blazer and set up a rewards account. I was a little confused on prices because a used shein blazer was priced at $12 and a brand new H&M blazer was only $15 and Calvin Klein $19. I also wish they had a smaller size pants section but I know it’s just dependent on what gets brought in from people selling. But overall a great experience, great staff and store was organized well. Will definitely be back!

I love shopping and selling here! I have read the 1-star reviews and they are people complaining that Clothes Mentor didn't buy what they were trying to sell. It's not Goodwill; they don't takes everything. Pro tip: workout clothes are a really great price here! You could buy some leggings at Target for $30 or you could buy here and spend $6-8.

The people were really nice here, I didn’t have anything that they were interested in But they were really nice when Explaining to me why they couldn’t take it. And encouraged me to come back. I like how they said “loved” Instead of worn out. That made me smile a little bit. Very nice people I ended up just donating everything. I really like how they Have an option to donate That’s really cool. But it really wasn’t a waste of time I got to donate some clothes for people who can’t afford any. And they went through my stuff really Quickly and efficiently. Really nice People. Kind of sad that They didn’t really want Any of my stuff, but I totally get it because a lot of it was out of style and a little bit worn. And they have to turn a profit Which is understandable. I really did like it there though everyone was nice. I felt really welcomed. I will be back. Also, I wanna talk about like the stuff that they have for sale Which is really really cute. I think I’m gonna go back around my birthday to get a cute birthday outfit Which is later this month. Really nice people I felt very welcomed 10 out of 10

Love this place! Great selection, and prices are fair for the most part. Best place to go to get more for the money and still stay in style! Dressing rooms to try on and they carry name brand purses even! And if you sell to them they give you a coupon to come back with to buy.

Wonderful selection. I was shopping for maternity clothes at the mall but all the box stores quit carrying them. Found the work maternity pants that I was looking for here for $10 plus a nice selection of jewelry. Great place with great prices.

This is the best resale store in all of Northeast Ohio. I love all the staff. They are so friendly and they treat me like family. They are very clear on how they do their payouts and they sell excellent quality clothing.
